Very easy pick up and drop off. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely rent from again.
They never answer the phone and you always end up talking to someone at a call center. But if you have time to just go into the office, the wait was minimal and the employees worked hard to help me get the best deal for my money. I really need them to answer the phone though that would save me a lot of time with questions specific to the location.

I had an AMAZING experience at this Laurel Avis location. Their staff are friendly and very professional. I had a phenomenal experience with Trishana. She answered all my questions and even went out of his way to ensure I had transportation to my destination....after drop off. Two thumbs up.
