My first experience with Physiotherapy Associates of Laurel was in 2007 and again in 2010. Those experiences worked out so well for me, that I returned in June 2016 for physical therapy after extensive foot and ankle surgery. I find all the therapists and staff to be courteous, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The clinic offers various types of physical therapy, and they take the time to analyze and explain your course of treatment. Everyone works closely with you to achieve a positive outcome. I highly recommend Ian and all of the staff for any of your physical therapy needs.
I highly recommend Physiotherapy Associates in Laurel. The therapists genuinely care about their patients and are committed to helping patients recover from injuries. I have seen multiple therapists in this clinic over multiple years and each experience has been positive. Each therapist demonstrated exceptional knowledge of treatment techniques with regard to my various injuries. The front office staff is friendly, quickly answered all my questions regarding billing and insurance. Scheduling is smooth with their extended hours and they were able to fit me in for appointments right away. I will definitely return to Physiotherapy Associates in Laurel if I ever need PT in the future.
I would like to inform the public that the two negative ratings submitted were by people who were never actually seen as patients in our clinic. One was by a gentleman who had no-showed for his initial evaluation twice, and when informed he would owe a cancellation fee, hung-up on my administrative staff. The second is from a person who we have no record of ever calling the clinic or attending a visit. I believe this person must have us confused with another local clinic.
